Born and raised in French Guiana, Karina moved to England from Miami when she joined OM in 2014.

Over the years, she served as a personal assistant to leaders in various ministries (Algeria field, Global Brand & Marketing, and Global Experience). These days, Karina has split roles. She is part of the Disciple Making Ministry (DMM) in the Birmingham area while also serving as an Event Coordinator for the WACSA area (West, Central and South Asia).

On her free time, she enjoys gardening and exploring areas in the UK.

Her heart is very much in loving and encouraging people around her.
