Matthew and Helen joined OM in 1994. They began their ministry in Eastern Europe, pioneering OM’s ministry in Moldova and leading the OM mission team there from 1995-2015.  For the following ten years Matthew led OM’s work in the UK whilst Helen served in personnel and hospitality.

From September 2025 Matthew serves as OM’s Associate International Director for Mobilisation.  In this role Matthew leads global mobilisation efforts helping OM fields develop strategy, champion mobilisation, and build partnerships to inspire many more people to join the mission of seeing vibrant communities of Jesus’ followers within reach of everyone.  Helen serves alongside Matthew, assisting him in his role, using her gifts of administration and hospitality and her experience in helping people be mobilised into God’s Mission.
