Steve and Sandie first joined OM as singles in 1985 and served in South Asia as well as in Belgium (Sandie) and the UK (Steve).  They then rejoined with their two children in 1996: firstly, on board mv Doulos, then in Bangladesh for eight years.  They have been working with OM UK since 2008. 

Based at the UK office in Shropshire, close to north Wales, they connect with many people around the world and in the UK! 

Steve leads the Personnel Team, looking after 200 British people serving outside the UK and on board the two ships, Logos Hope and Doulos Hope.  

Sandie is Director of Community in the UK, helping to lead the team in prayer, devotions, learning & development, and general well-being.
