Tanya has served in the Human Resources (HR) Team in the OM UK office since 2021, providing a comprehensive HR service to line managers and staff across OM in the UK. This enables others to be fruitful in their various ministries. Her role includes managing the recruitment process, administering the onboarding of new staff in the UK as well as helping the Personnel Officers in Europe with a new Onboarding online system. She is excited to be part of a team that seeks to help people to share God's love with those who may never have had a chance to hear about it.

Tanya is also actively involved in team life, leading worship, taking part in TeenStreet and other outreaches, using any opportunity to share the Gospel in practical ways.

Besides this, Tanya also organises and takes part in events outside of OM to support Ukraine and the Ukrainians who had to flee their homeland to find refuge in the UK. This enables her to share God’s love with them, and the hope we have in Jesus Christ.
