Chris Lawley

Chris is from West Yorkshire and now lives in North Wales. He joined OM in May 2022 after a long and varied career in senior management within the UK retail sector. With over 30 years’ experience in leadership, finance, and training, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart to see people grow and thrive.

In his role with OM, Chris helps strengthen the vital connections between the organisation and its partners—whether through prayer, giving, or joining us in mission opportunities. He also oversees the fundraising that makes it possible for OM to continue equipping and sending workers into God’s mission. Alongside his professional work, Chris has always been active in his local church, serving faithfully in roles such as treasurer and deacon. He is married to Sarah, and together they are blessed with three children and four grandchildren.
