5th -9th October - outreach and prayer walking
10th October - debrief and depart Georgia 

Temperature changes a lot from morning to afternoon in the spring, so bring warm clothing, a windbreaker jacket and comfortable shoes for walking outside. 

Our local staff are aware and constantly reviewing the security situation. They choose places to go to wisely. The government places high priority on the safety of tourists. They have enhanced security measures and continue to take measures to ensure that no harm comes to anyone visiting their country. 

Participant Profile

We are happy to welcome you if you are flexible, can adjust easily to new situations and if you are open to be led by the Holy Spirit, willing to reach out to Muslims and share God's love with them.

Accommodation

We will be staying in simple hotels along the way.  Bedding will be provided.  

Food

All meals are included.  If you have any specific dietary needs, please let us know in advance. 

Travel

Participants arrange and pay for their own travel. You need to book flights to Tbilisi, Georgia.  Please arrive on or before 12:00noon on 4th October, and depart after 17:00 on 10th October.  

Please do not book any travel before confirmation of acceptance.

Health

Participants need to be in good health and ready to walk in the heat. Any special needs (allergies, medical conditions...) must be communicated as early as possible so that organisers can prepare in advance. Each participant should arrange personal medical insurance to cover the period of the outreach as well as travel.  

Visa

British passport holders do not require a visa for less than a year. If you have a passport from another country, please check if you require a visa.

Please note that it is the responsibility of each traveller to ensure they obtain the necessary visa(s) required for entry into the country that they plan to visit. We strongly recommend that all visa applications be submitted to the relevant consular website as per their specified requirements well in advance of your intended travel date, this could be up to 8-12 weeks in advance.

If a visa is denied or not obtained in time, we are unable to offer any reimbursement for flight costs or any other travel-related expenses. All bookings are made at the traveller’s own risk, and we advise confirming placement/outreach approval before making any non-refundable travel arrangements.

Individuals applying must be 18 or over.

Under 18's are welcome to apply but must have parental consent and be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children under 13 will be included on their parent’s application form.
