Tshega Christian Mission is a vibrant, faith-driven non-profit nestled in the rural heart of Bolobedu South, Limpopo, South Africa.

Our mission is to bring transformation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ—impacting lives spiritually, educationally, and socially. Ministry is the heartbeat of all we do. Whether through children’s outreach, school-based discipleship, village ministry, or leadership development, we intentionally plant seeds of faith and nurture spiritual growth. Alongside ministry, we uplift communities through education, skills development empowerment, a feeding scheme and homework club, visits to an elderly person centre and village outreaches —creating a holistic impact that glorifies God.

Tshega is closed for the summer holidays from end of November to mid January. Volunteers will be involved in providing holiday programmes during the other school holidays.

At Tshega, you’ll be immersed in a journey of service and growth. Volunteers and participants become part of a real, grassroots mission community. You’ll experience daily ministry opportunities: teaching children about Jesus, supporting local outreaches, engaging in worship and prayer, and walking alongside others in faith. You may also get involved in hands-on projects like school support, mentoring women in the Basadi Skills Program, or helping with sports and community events.

Expect to be challenged. Expect to be changed. Expect to see God move in the most unexpected places.
